Superdrugs Mini Haul

Hiya!

Recently I went to my local Superdrug's to look for the new Kylie Jenner SinfulShine collection and luckily they stocked it!
I wanted to purchase all 8 colours but I couldn't justify buying them all at full price so I thought I'd just wait for a deal to come on before purchasing them but I did manage to get 2 shades and the top coat.
Kryptonite
When I first saw this on the display I feel instantly in love with it! This gorgeous teal colour made me want this collection and it didn't disappoint! No words can describe how beautiful this shade is and Kylie Jenner did an amazing job of using this shade to promote this collection.
Kommando
This pretty nude colour is so cute and not as sparkly as I thought it'd be. Its so subtle but the sparkles make it very elegant; its an amazing everyday colour. I found that the formula for this shade was harder to paint on as it was thicker than Kryptonite.

I haven't used the topcoat yet as it seems as if its just a regular topcoat; it didn't say whether it's needed or not. I used the polishes on its own and it still gave an amazing shine after just 2 coats and the colour came out beautifully. I do hate the brush as its so small but that means that its perfect for nail art.
I am definitely going to purchase more of these polishes as I love how beautiful the shades come out.

As I was about to go and pay I spotted that Barry M had made 2 Superdrug exclusive nail paints. I managed to get both shades.
Carnival Couture
This shade reminds me of Tiki Hut from the coconut fusion range. The colour is darker than shown on the bottle but it's such a nice shade of brown.
Festival Fever
I LOVE THIS! It's bright and vibrant. This shade reminds me so much of Superdrug!

I have always been a Barry M fan as the brushes are thick and makes painting so easy. I love the tops of these polishes as its a shiny silver lid; the lid is textured and gives it more grip.
I am now on the hunt for the Barry M Boots exclusive polishes although I am disappointed that they didn't pick a blue shade to match the Boots logo.

What new polishes do you love?

Barry M Coconut Infusion Nail Paint Review

Hiya!

Finally a post that's not about food! lol!

I am so excited to share with you Barry M Coconut Infusion Nail Paint! I ordered all 9 colours from Superdrug as they had an offer on where you can purchase the set for £25! These polishes are infused with coconut water and coconut oil which hydrates and nourishes the nails.
I absolutely love how pigmented they are and that there's a range of colours from nudes to spring/summer shades. They kept to the classic BarryM bottle but changes the lid which is like a shiny bronze; it kind of reminds me of the skin of a coconut.
I tested out surfboard and I wasn't too happy with this formula. The others painted well and was smooth and easy to apply but with this shade I found it very thick; I'm not sure whether it was just the bottle I had so I will purchase this shade to see. I painted 2 coats of this colour and it came out well; the finish result was shiny and smooth but best of all was that it didn't have a strong smell which is what I look for in polishes as Z can't stand the smell.

I wore this for about 3 days before it started chipping but it was only small chips so I just filled in the small chips to make it last a little longer. I'm not 100% that the polish worked but it did something to my nails as my nails have become stronger! Normally by now my nails would chip with my polish but even pressing down on them is tough. I followed the instructions and painted the polish straight on so that the coconut oil and water could start working and maybe it did. I'm not saying it absolutely worked but it did something.

What colour do you love for spring?
